🌟 The Short Version

The Idea Validator app is provided as-is, free of charge, with no warranty. Paid JRT services come with a workmanship warranty — we deliver what we agree to, and we'll fix it if it doesn't meet the agreed specifications.

1. Free App — No Warranty

The Idea Validator is a free tool provided as-is, without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. JRT does not warrant that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• The validation results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• The app will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
• Data stored in your browser's localStorage will be preserved permanently.

The validation score and verdict (Validate, Tweak, or Pivot) are generated from your input alone and are not financial, legal, or professional advice. They should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

2. Paid Services — Workmanship Warranty

For optional paid JRT services (workflow planning, business structuring, app development, website creation, tech guidance, or custom implementation), the following warranty applies:

• Specification warranty: JRT warrants that delivered services will conform to the specifications agreed upon in your service agreement. If the delivered work does not meet these specifications, JRT will correct the deficiencies at no additional cost.
• 30-day support: Free product support via email or online is provided for 30 days after purchase. This covers setup assistance, configuration help, and getting-started guidance.
• Good faith effort: JRT commits to making a good faith effort to resolve any issues with delivered services within a reasonable timeframe.

3. What Is Not Warranted

This warranty does not cover:

• Changes or modifications made to delivered work by anyone other than JRT.
• Issues caused by third-party services, platforms, or software not controlled by JRT.
• Loss of data stored in your browser's localStorage (use the export/backup feature to protect your data).
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Features or outcomes not explicitly included in the service agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JRT's total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. JRT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

5. Data Backup Responsibility

The Idea Validator stores all data in your browser's localStorage. JRT is not responsible for data loss resulting from:

• Clearing browser data or localStorage.
• Browser updates or crashes.
• Device loss, damage, or replacement.
• Any other cause beyond JRT's control.

6. Changes to This Warranty

JRT may update this warranty from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or our website. The warranty applicable to your services is the version in effect at the time of purchase.
